Compare a quote from airport passenger services with your accommodation's transfer offer. Ask whether the price is per vehicle or person, and whether it includes your exact address rather than only a hotel zone.

Keep your accommodation address and an offline map handy. Check your phone's roaming or SIM options before relying on mobile data, and identify a nearby bank ATM and grocery store once settled.
Picking someone up?
- Confirm the airport code, operating airline, flight number and local arrival date.
- Check the airline's flight status before leaving and confirm the terminal again.
- Agree on a named meeting point and a fallback contact method.
- Wait for the traveller's message after baggage collection; landing time is not curbside pickup time.

Should I plan a Malecon walk or a Cuale workshop?
A Malecon walk gives you flexibility to shorten the outing. A workshop needs a specific current session, visitor eligibility and a booking check. Do not treat the cultural-center directory entry as a ticket.

Ask about the fare, cash or card payment, the destination stop, luggage and the last return service. For a taxi or private transfer, agree on the total and pickup point. If you need step-free access, confirm the specific vehicle and stop, not just the operator.
